Amp Mounting

I just bought a Bassworx underseat box, 2 10" Clarion subs, and a Clarion amp. i am wiring it all into the stock deck, and my question is where is the best place to mount the amp? It is not a small amp and I don't think it will fit behind the back seat without modifications of some sort. Any help? Thanks

what cab do you got?

i have my 2 amps under my seat and my subs behind my seat in my Crew Cab.

i would image there should be plenty of room behind the rear seat of a regular or a extended to mount the amp to the back wall
