Cruise Control

My next project is my cruise control. It doesn't come on at all. I can't find a fuse or relay for it. It seems like it has not worked for awhile cause the on/off switch is sticky but it still should come on and the light show in the dash. Any body have any ideas?

Check the clock spring behind the airbag... I think I remember this being a problem for a few people here

Bump

I have looked around and cannot find anything that tells me it relates to my problem. I do not have any recalls to do on my truck and what I have read on the clock spring does not apply. My cruise control won't turn on when I push the button. my horn and the lights on the buttons work. I have not been able to find a fuse for the cruise either. Does anyone have an idea? Would the clock spring cause this but allow everything else to work?
