Post Stereo System and stock alternator

Will the stock alternator support a Lazar Vibe 1200 watt 2 channel and a Rockford Fosgate 200 watt 4 channel

yes it will as long as it's in good shape. you have two batteries, that helps to ensure the alternator doesn't get too much of a shock.

The stock alternator on the 6.0 is 110 or 120 i think and at idle it is 60.. Kinda weak if you think about it with all the electronics it has to support and charge the batteries from the glow plugs and starting. Don't know if any numbers match up.
