Key Fob Programing

I purchased a used F250 SC 4X4 and got only one key fob, I purhased an aftermarket fob and programed it according to the owners manual and it worked but the original will not work. I re-programed the original and it work but now the other does not work. In the owners manual it notes no more than 4 fobs can be programed so I suspect there may be more that I do noit have?
In the owners manual it notes to repeat the programing for each fob so I have not tryied to do both at once yet, any help would be appreceated!

I believe you have to program BOTH at the same time, one, then the other, and then close the cycle.

Yes you have to do both at the same time. You cannot do them seperately

Could you post up the instructions for programming a key fob? I bought an 05 F350 last night with no remotes. The dealer gave me a couple of ford remotes but said i'd have to program them to get them to work. I can't get the truck into programming mode though. Gotta be something simple i'm missing.

I don't have an owners manual it didn't have one in the glove box.
