"Trailer Fault" when I use right turn signal

Whenever i tap the brakes or use the right turn signal my truck chimes and gives me a "trailer fault" reading on the dash. I have never towed a trailer with this truck since I bought it last fall so I am not sure what the "trailer fault" is from. This started happening about a month ago and is getting extremely annoying as everytime the right turn signal flashes i get the chime.

If anyone has ever experienced this or knows where I should start checking for shorts that would be awesome. I have a 4 door long box so there is a ton of wiring to go over. Also, I have the integrated tbc... not sure if this matters or not.
