PAC controller not functioning right

I bought a doubling din alpine ina-w900bt with the proper pac controller for the head unit. I followed both the instructions it came with and online both were not helpful. I didn't know if this is a issue people have ran into before or just me. as for the DD it works perfectly, thanks.
