How many Volts should i have

Guys,
I have a Scan 2 gauge and it is reading 12.5 - 13.5 Volts MAX!!! Is my alternator going out? I just put two new yellow tops in.

I guess i was expecting more like 13-14.4v???

Depends on RPM and charging. Are the optimas fully charged.? Are they both good.

Not the first bad optima to hit the shelf

I actually put them on my ctek charger/maintainer that is ment for yellow tops. They both tested good and have been full charged. They act normal, but it just looks low to me.
