Where is switch for heated outside mirrors

Just wondering if somebody out there can tell me how the heated outside power adjustable mirrors are turned on? I just brought back a 2004 f/250 Lariat from Arizona and for the life of me can't figure out how to turn on the heat. There is a little wavey heat radiating symbol on both power mirrors so I imagine they have that option.
Thanks in advance!

There is no switch, they come on when the engine is running.

If you are having a problem with them not working, look in your owners manual for the fuse # and check to see if it is blown.

They're always on when the ignition is on. I believe some people have traced the heat wire from the mirrors and put them on a switch

*edit*

HAHA, Greg beat me to it

Thanks Mike and to the others also. I don't have a rear defroster but you're correct because my Mazda3 mirror heat comes on when I turn on the rear defog.
