H13 Replacement Bulbs ?

Looking for the brightest and farthest beam throwing capability bulbs ..Looked for Sylvania Silverstar Ultras but cannot find them ,I guess they only make them in the std.silverstars ...don't want any HIDs or Blue colored either ....
anyone else try anything
I run alot of wide open backroads but don't need to get popped by the fuzz for running my KC's
Just really need more light from the factory headlights ..
Thanks !

If I go with HID's which bulb would you get ?? the 6k ? I want light output not fancy hues of colors ...the websites state the higher the K factor the lower the output ....i.e. comparing the higher k's to black lighting so to speak ..

These are 8000k, 55w in headlights and fogs. The 6000k will be whiter.

Fogs only

Headlights on low beam and fogs
