Door lock punched out,,new handle. ??

Someone tried to break in and punched the driver side keyhole..They were unsuccessful in getting in the truck,,but were successful in screwing the lock up and the plastic that surrounds it.

I know i can buy a driver side rear door handle without the keyhole,,but what do i do with the locking cylinder ? Remove it completely ? anyone out there done this that can run me through what i need to do ?

also ,,how do i remove the door panel ? I know i can pull out the switch bezel and unplug ,and there should be a screw there,,where do they hide the other one (S) ?

There is another screw behind the light/reflector on the bottom the door and another behind the window button, once you get those out pull straigh up.

As for the rest don't know.
