Power port - extra wires???

Hi all. I was going to add a powered USB port next to the existing 12V power port on my 2005 F350. When I removed the face plate, there were two wiring harnesses...a two wire that goes to the power port/cigarett lighter and a four wire one that goes into a holder on the faceplate and seemingly does nothing. Does anybody know what these extra four wires are?

Do you have up fitter switches? Are you saying you just have a Cig/power port as one hole?

I have a Cig plug, and a power port separate.

That connector is used on SC and RC trucks for the passenger side airbag defeat switch (car seats and small children etc)

Thanks for the help. In response to the question, I do have two 12V outlets...the lower one is truly a cigarette lighter and the upper one by the radio is labelled "power port" and I do have the upfitter switches.
