Will my SCT mess up a remote starter/alarm system?

I have an SCT X3 with custom tunes, and I got a Viper 5701 remote starter/alarm system for Christmas. Now the SCT helpline is closed until January third, but if I could I'd like to get the starter installed before then because I'll be traveling then and it won't be a very good time trying to find a place to install it etc.

So a couple questions, will the SCT mess up the viper or vice-versa?

Does anyone have directions on how to install it, cause that was my initial plan, but I haven't been able to find any instructions on installation.

And does anyone know of any Viper installers that are familiar with diesels either in the Northeast Philadelphia area, Harrisonburg VA area, or Christiansburg/Blacksburg VA?

Thanks in advance.

Can't help you with two of your questions, but the SCT will not impact the Viper or vice versa.
