bluetooth or sync

has anyone upgraded their 6.0 lariet to bluetooth or sync?

2007 F250 CC SB 4X4, SB, PSD, Lariet, stock
1975 Ford 2000 ROP Diesel tractor < ran without oil for 2/10 mile 7/12/2009> Stills runs as good as ever

You mean upgrade oem components? I just installed a Pioneer dvd receiver with built in bluetooth in my 07. It is awesome.

either way. I have an 07 with the upgraded factory sound system but i want bluetooth at least. Can you use your bluetooth totally hands free? I would like to just add on to what i have cause the current sound system is very good but bluetooth is a must so i will change if i have to.
