Need electrical help

I posted it here because I know alot of you guys know how the wiring works. Anyways my truck is not cranking? I bought new batteries and a new starter and still nothing. Im thinking its the PNS switch??? Is there anyway to by pass it or any other ideas? Thanks I checked all the fuses and relay?? One thing that worrys me is that I bought the truck used and im guessing the Prior owner had a alarm installed then removed it because there is alot of random wires hanging out under the steering wheel

Just throwing this out there, Could it be a bad safety switch? Like neutral, or clutch etc...

I an not real sure how to test it but I think it would be as simple as hot wire in and then hot wire out If I am looking at this right it is the big black switch on the side of your tranny that the linkage is hooked to. Like this one.

If you have a manual tranny, the switch is under the dash some where just like the brake light switch.

Maybe some one else will chime in with more ideas or even how to check that switch. Could be some thing as simple as caroded plug in.

Check your ignition switch also, when you turn the key do your dash lights on everything come on? if not could be either a maxi fuse or your ignition switch
