Light Replacement?

Before I do something stupid like break or scratch my fender, how do I replace the light on my dually fender? Does it pop out or do I have to remove the inner fender?

Well I figured it out and for anyone else that may not know, it's easy. Remove a couple of clips and screws that hold the plastic inner fender liner in place and slide your hand behind the fender. Squeeze and pull the plug to release it. After that the plug that holds the light bulb is removed with a 1/4 turn. Don't forget the dielectric grease. My bulb was not burnt out, the leads on the bulb were rusted off.
