So I bought a headlight for $60.00 on ebay and this thing is in GREAT shape.. I mean BRAND new. But I open the box and the first thing I see is this.
So I was like WTHeck.. I send the guy a message on ebay saying I either send it back or he gives me $35 back so I can buy a junk HL and pry it apart to get the amber out to switch with the melted one when I color match the HLs that I'm doing for someone..
Just thought I'd share how people will "accidentally over-look" something like this and think no one would notice!! LOL!!! (He refunded $35 seeing that
he won't be able to sell it as is, to anyone who isn't able to bust these things open) And that running light had to have gotten REALLY hot..

But the "worse-case scenario" would be that I boxed it back up and sent it back for a full refund.
He was a great seller though and was very understanding.
It just made me laugh that something that obvious was "overlooked".. Hmmm. suspicions..

The seller probably also got conned by someone who sold him an HID kit for his running lights!!!
