Anyone ever use these AUX / Reverse Lights??

Ok. So for viewing my reverse camera at night i currently have a set of 6 LED lights mounted on the top of the receiver.

Car Truck Universal Day Driving Fog Aux White LED Light - eBay (item 140458494797 end time Sep-30-10 13:11:30 PDT)

They just aren't doing it. It barely lights up the ball let alone anything behind it.

I was wondering if anyone has used these from V-LEDS?

If not are you using some that are low profile but put out a decent enough amount of light so i can see backing up. Not looking for round lights more like rectangle low profile.

Thanks in advance.

I don't have any rear lights but have the same problem, the ones that you mentioned V-LEDS looks like a great idea and the price is very good, I think I will give them a try!

someone put the 15 dollar slim rectangle ones between there taillights and the bumper in that little gap, they looked real good and bet it lights up the woods at night

what about a couple Hella lights?

They probably can be mounted upside down somewhere back there?

I have these mounted in the bed and toolbox, they work great and put out a good amount of light. They are cheap too...

I would guess you could mount these somewhere in the back to use them as back up lights

Wow, what a cool idea! Judging by the photos it certainly looks like a great alternative, and the price is nice too! You have a separate switch for them?

Any pics on how those are mounted? Those aren't bad if they truly are 1.75" tall. maybe ill pick a few up. I'm sure they are better than LED's.
