need to find switched power for video splitter on 01 excursion

is there a good source off of the rear seat audio harness in the center console? just need to power the video splitter and a couple other things like kenwood changer splitter

look inthe fuse panel under the driver dash... i want to say fuse 27 or 26 is a switched access "for user use" as my manual stated..

awsome ill grab the manual. been doin this install a few minutes a day for weeks. im tired of wires.

ok yeah its number 27. is there a terminated wire somewhere in the harness or do i need to use a fuse tap to get into it? at this point im thinkimg im gonna use a 20 or 30 amp relay and trigger it off the 27 fuse
