06 F350 King Ranch Sync Radio
I have an 06 F350 King Ranch Diesel with the stock radio and I would like to upgrade to a Sync Radio. Mostly for the hands free phone function as I haul a horse trailer quite a bit. Does anyone know if a new sync radio will work my 06. Is it a direct swap out or do I need to modify the truck ie microphone etc?

It would probably be easier and cheaper to get an aftermarket head unit with bluetooth and handsfree. Thats what I did.
