Keyless Entry Help

I know i've asked this before, but I'm looking for someone to point me in the right direction. I've done some research and cant seem to get a definite answer so hopefully someone on here can give me one.
I have an 07 XL PSD, i have power everything, however i do not have key-less entry. I would like to add key-less entry, and i honestly would rather go OEM than an aftermarket kit that will cost too much money in my opinion. I believe that all the wiring is already there i just need the key-less entry module correct? I've found a few on eBay for a decent price and i would like to know where its located so i can dig into my truck before i buy one. Also, the module does not come with the key-fobs, so i know I'll need to buy some. They'll need to be programmed obviously, however is that all i will need? Is that module, the key-fobs and then i should have key-less entry? Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated!

I am not sure what all is needed, but I can tell you on my 06 that the module is located in the dash right behind my upfitter switches. If you remove the large storage pocket under the upfitter switches you can see the module behind the white foam insulation tucked up on the firewall.

bringing back an old thread, does anyone know anymore information on this? I have not had the time to do this yet, however with things slowing down this winter i would like to do it while i can.

Bump. I too would like some more info on this. I bought my truck used, not from a dealer. And they said it did not have a keyless entry, but they also gave me an aftermarket key- one.

I would like to add an OEM keyless entry. Any more info?

i havent had the chance to dig more into this yet. The weather here has been cold, and my father came into town from Florida to borrow my truck for a few months. I will look into this more very soon, as i NEED keyless entry lol.

Call a dealer with your VIN, they will be able to tell you if it is pre installed (most likely it is). If so all you need is some key fobs. Very easy to program yourself. good luck

i did the test that tells you whether you have the module or not. And apparently i don't. So all i need is the module and fobs right?
All the wiring should be there. I already have power everything.
