Need some advice on the clock spring
 My horn is not working at all. I took it in to have it inspected today, I tested the horn and it worked before I went over and when I got there it, it didn't. Checked the fuse, it's good. My airbag lite is on as well. Could it be the clock spring? And if so, how difficult is it to change out? My truck is an 04 F-250, HD Edition. I love the truck but these little electronic problems keep popping up. Any advice? Thanks.
