Sirius Satelite ready?

I am buying a 2005 F-350, it has the six disc changer in the dash. Are these satelite radio ready or is it possible to hook up satelite radio to these radios? I would not be interested in an after market CD player since it already has a nice one.
Thanks, Jordan

I have the same setup in my truck I have the S50 and use the FM modulator. I am pretty sure if you pull the stereo out there is an auxillary port in the back to plug into and then just hit the aux button on the front to switch to it.
