airbag light stays on???
got a 2006 f250 and the airbag light stays on at the instrument panel.what could be the cause?theres no beeping or flashing.i see no switch to turn passenger side on and off.thanks

You'll need a good diagnostics tool to read the Airbag module codes if it isn't flashing at startup.

Mine was doing that as well. Ended up being a bad clock spring. Took it to a shop to have it replaced, cost me $130.00 total to get it done. Hope that helps.

Mine was also the clock spring. I did it myself. I thunk the part was 85 bucks or so.

I had the same problem with my 04 and had it in and out of the dealership 8 times under warranty for repair which included new clockspring, seat pre-tensioner sensor 3 times, and air bag module. They never figured it out and I actually had to get a lemon law attorney to reach a settlement with FMC. After I settled with FMC I took the truck to a local auto electrician and he found a bad wire under the plastic floor rail on the driver's side.
