Seat belt warning

Ok guys I've searched and I can't find it anywhere. I'm trying to find out how to shut that annoying chime off. I tried the the other one where you set the parking brake and buckle unbuckle and it doesn't work on my 06', it worked on my 03' though.

I did this within the first couple days of ownership and the instructions worked. I will say, however, that the instructions are misleading. I believe it says something along the lines of buckle and unbuckle the seatbelt six times or so but I haven't read the instructions in about a month. When I got to the last one nothing happened so I kept going. It took a couple more times before it triggered the system. So my recommendation is, ignore the number of times to buckle and unbuckle, and just keep doing it until you see the seatbelt light flash indicating the system has been disabled. If you don't get it at first keep trying. It will work.

i just unplugged the seat belt wire under the seat

Ok guys I've tried and tried I can't get the instructions to work does any else have some ideas. I'd like to know how you other '06 owners got urs to work, because I follow the instructions on page, and can't get it to work.

Are you getting to step 5 where the light comes on for 3 seconds or are you having trouble before that?

I follow the procedure to a T, but after I'm done with the unbuckle in step 5 I get nothing.
