Ordered my Insight CTS Today!!!

I just ordered the Edge Insight CTS today with the pod mount and EGT probe. They said that it will be going out on either the 18th or 19th. I can't wait until it gets here!!!!!

How much did you end up paying for it, if I can ask? And did you order straight from Edge? I'm going to buy one this summer some time, unless I find a good deal on one before then

I had planned on ordering the CTS, but I found a smokin' deal on an Insight for $200 shipped w/ the EGT Probe and a painted pillar pod matched to my truck

I would have jumped on that deal too!

I paid $550.00 shipped for everything online. That pretty much emptied out my paypal account.

Yowza! That hurt. I'm going sell my triple gauge pod and put that money towrds the CTS

Yeah it hurt. I already had money laying around earmarked for an 08 tailgate but decided that this was more important for the longevity of my truck.

I will post pics about 5 minutes after the install is complete!!!!!

I am worried about drilling into my manifold though....

I was too, but its a cake walk, if you have any experience tapping steel. That manifold, with a good bit, cuts like butter. I used a glob of bearing grease ont eh tip of the bit when it started going through, and also on the tap

Okay, I've never tapped anything in my entire life. What all do I need? And got any advice/tips/tricks?
