uplifter switches and high idle

i want to add the 4uplifter switches to my 05. how would i do that. and i would also like to add a high idle mode how would i do that also.

I just did the high idel mod on my 05 6.0L and it was not hard at all was very fast took a hole ten mins. a few parts that cost 10 bucks and thats it
