Having a baffling electric issue !

Hello everyone. I've been experiencing a periodic issue that's got me going nuts! I'll be driving down the road, (varied road and engine speeds) and the battery light will come on. Revving the motor will not get rid of it and it'll come on under various electric loads. On my Tekonsha P3 it has a voltmeter option so I always turn it on when the light illuminates. The lowest voltage I have seen with that light on is 13.62v and that's with head and fog lights, amps, and AC on. The alternator was replaced in March by me and I made sure to tighten everthing, batteries are 1 year old die hard platinums. Anybody have an idea? I'm definitely stumped!
