Cruise Control Not Working at all, anyone?

So I am trying to chase down this issue, I have an 03' Excursion btw.

I am looking to see if anyone has any info or tricks to make the cruise control work again (Fuses "what one", Wires not seated correctly, bad switches)?

Anyone delt with this and made it work again?

I'm pretty sure the fuse for the cruise control is also the fuse for the trailer connection.

my trailer lights and cruise both quit working but all fuses are good

Brake light out? Clock spring in steering? Does your horn work?

Thought I had read some where that the Cruise wont work with a burned out bulb.

I'll try and find the link.
