XL and xlt packages? Are the wire harnesses in the doors already?

We have an XL "plain as can be" 2007 F550 truck.

I'd like to at very least, swap the bench seats for the xlt/captains chairs and center console of some sort.

Change the non heated, non blinker, non power mirrors to all the above.

Take the door panels off, and window cranks, install the window motors, door lock actuators and new panels with the buttons for window power up and down functions as well as the door locking ability.

Can this all be done or are there not any wires there ready to hook this up?

yes it can be done. the wiring should be there.
