bulbs

will a 9005(head lamp bulb) bulb work as a replacement for a 9145 fog light bulb?

I would call autozone for fitment to see if it will.

no it wont the 9145 is smaller and a 9005 will probably hit the front of the lens cover. i had a hard time finding replacement hd bulbs but got lucky at autozone 1 day and now ive got nice whites all the way around on my 2003

well i went to walmart and brought a 9145, held it up to a 9005, the ONLY difference is that the very tip has a coating of some sort on the 9145, and the 9005 didnt, so i bought em , perfect it
