I used to hate drilling into the plastic, then I realized that 1. If I was really worried about it I could just get another dash piece. and 2. I have had a few trucks that have had a brake controller and other things mounted "under" the dash and screwed into the plastic and I didn't even think about the holes it left when I bought the truck. Since then I will drill and mount whatever needs to go there, I just make sure it's where I want it so it doesn't end up with 1000 random holes all over the place.

I took the screws out of the trash bag holder, and got some longer ones to go through the CB Bracket. Works fine for me right there. |
