Question I have lost my parking lights

Hi I have a 04 super duty and my instrument lights, parking lights, door chime, mirror lights and cab lights stopped working. Sounds simple except i have checked all the fuses with a test light and visual inspection. I switched some relays to see if that would work. Nothing I also pulled the headlight switch out and put a jumper wire from the hot to the brown parking light wire. Every thing came on so its the switch. Sounds simple except i got a new switch and that has not solved my problem. Does any one have any other suggestions thanks

Was there ever a resolution to this? I'm experiencing almost the same problem.

One thing to check is the "GEM" module. I fried mine while wiring in some outside lights one time. Lost my park lamps.
