Driver power seat problems

Hey guys, Im new to this forum, and excuse me if this has been answered already, but I couldnt find anything in the search.
Anyways, I have a 04 F 350 and the drivers side seat will move forward and back, but not up or down, and the fron and back up and down switches wont do anything either. I can hear clicking noises from some commands, but not from others, Ive gathered that both the front up and down, and the back up and down are maxed out opposite of each other (so that the front of the seat is as high as it will go, and the rear of the seat is as low as it will go). Needless to say, this can be pretty uncomfortable.
Do you guys think that Ill need to replaced the motors, or is there a fuse that I should check? If I do need to replace the motors, any ideas on where I could get them?
