rear window not opening all the way

My back window does not open all the way, it seems like it is haveing a hard time opening. I checked to see if there was something putting it in a bind but cant find anything. Could the motor be going out and if so how hard is it to change out

theyre not hard to change. you have to pull the carpet looking stuff from behind the seats to get to it. try oiling it first.

Dry lubricant sprayed in the little groove the window slides in helped mine tremendously. I think they just get bound up from dirt, worn felt, etc.
