Ok all so here is what I have going on. I monitor my battery voltage through my CTS and it fluctuates from 14v to 13v cold and will start to drop when warmed up to 13.8v to 12.5v and I am wondering iif I have a problem? I have tried everything I can think of to help this. I installed a BPD 58v FICM,Leece Neville 230amp alternator,0gage wire plus factory charge wire from alternator,0gage wire between batteries,4gage (I am pretty sure)ground wire directly from alternator to battery and new MAP sensor. So what could bethe issue. I have AMG Group 65 batteries that are 2 years old and test good at 900cranking amps. So what are your thoughts?
Yeah it did it real bad before I got the Leece one thats why I bought it. I did have a FICM that the voltage would go all over the place before and just changed that this past weekend. The truck runs a little better now but still has a bad miss and I don't trust it which is hurting my shop because I need for it to pull a trailer without breaking down on the side of the road after 100 miles.
