A/C blows hot occasionally

I just rebuilt an engine in an 06 f350 dually and the guy runs it on performance mode on his programmer. i put a new compressor, accumulator and orafice screen on truck, vacuumed it and charged it, compressor had 7 oz of oil from the factory and i added 2 more. The pressures are fine the high side goes up quite a bit until the electric fan kicks on. But other then that the lines sweat really good and they are ice cold but he complains that sometimes it blows hot. Is it the blendor motor under the dash? He doesnt have the simple turn knobs in the truck for the A/C system it has all the push button stuff in it? Anyone heard of or seen this problem? Any advice would help thanks
