What would I have to do to my 99 to run these?

you need 1 relay and a fuse to power these. hid power demands are greater then regular lights and will blow fuses. use the positive wire on 1 side of the headlights to activate the relay, ground the relay and connect the positive side of the relay that the lights will run off of and connect it to your battery with a fuse inline

get on dfueser and order a 9007 to 9008(H13) relay harness and a hardware kit. All you have to do is cut your header panel and install the harness... i just did this with some 05+ headlights yesterday and it was a breeze. this is the template i used. It worked great
