HELP Viper 5901 Door trigger wiring

I'm putting in a viper 5901 remote start\alarm and can not figure out how to hook up the door triggers how do I get all four together with out messing things up do i need diodes or is there a easy way the guide dosent help much and the VSM where the wires are supposted to be not excessable anyone know if there is a single wire for the door triggers thats not hooked to the dome light delay?

here ya go... It was a pain in the a$$ to wire. If you need something specific after looking at this, I can tell you what I did...

DIRECTWIRE™ WIRING INFORMATION - FORD / F SERIES SUPER DUTY / 2005 / Remote Start


12volts yellow (30A), lt grn/pur (30A) + ignition harness
Starter dk. green + ignition harness
Second Starter N/A
Ignition red/lt. green + ignition harness
Second Ignition N/A
Third Ignition N/A
Accessory gray/yellow and red/black + ignition harness
Second Accessory dk. blue/lt. green + ignition harness
Keysense black/pink - ignition harness
Power Lock pink/yellow (w/o keyless) 5wi driver kick, door harness
Notes: Vehicles with keyless entry, the lock wire is white/red (-), in the driver kick, door harness or also at the VSM, gray plug, pin 3.

The VSM (Vehicle Security Module) is to the right of the accelerator pedal above the transmission hump below the radio. Not accessible from radio opening.
Power Unlock pink/lt. green (w/o keyless) 5wi driver kick, door harness
Notes: Vehicles with keyless entry, the unlock wire is black/white (-), in the driver kick, door harness or also at the VSM, gray plug, pin 2.

The VSM (Vehicle Security Module) is to the right of the accelerator pedal above the transmission hump below the radio. Not accessible from radio opening.

Vehicles with keyless entry the VSM shuts down after the doors have been locked for a certain time period, to wake up the system refer to DirectFax document 1094.
Lock Motor pink/black 5wi driver kick or VSM, gray plug, pin 1
Notes: The VSM (Vehicle Security Module) is to the right of the accelerator pedal above the transmission hump below the radio. Not accessible from radio opening.
Unlock Motor red/orange 5wi driver kick or VSM, gray plug, pin 7
Notes: The VSM (Vehicle Security Module) is to the right of the accelerator pedal above the transmission hump below the radio. Not accessible from radio opening.
Parking Lights+ brown + switch or VSM, green plug, pin 2
Notes: The VSM (Vehicle Security Module) is to the right of the accelerator pedal above the transmission hump below the radio. Not accessible from radio opening.
Parking Lights- N/A
Hazards same as turn signal wires
Turn Signal(L) lt grn/wht (F), lt grn/org (R) + turn signal switch

Door Trigger use dome supervision wire

Thanks I got that info its just the door trigger that has me confused if I arm the system wont the alarm trigger due to the dome light delay telling it the door is open ??
Or am I just over thinking this Thanks

You are overthinking it.... When you arm the system, the doors lock and the dome light goes out. I did run a relay somewhere down there. I will have to find my diagrams. I have the 5701 on mine and have no problems. Here is my posts on the12volt.com during my install. Check it out and if you have any questions let me know...

Also did you use the relay and diode on the door unlock to wake up the GEM??

No, I didn't use any diodes. You can set the alarm to double unlock. The only problem I noticed was if you lock the truck manually with the keypad on the door or just lock it before you close the door, the alarm remote won't unlock it after a while. As long as you use the alarm remote to lock it will unlock everytime. I had to get out of that bad habit of locking without the remote otherwise the alarm will sound when you use the keypad because the remote won't work. I did do the GEM wakeup. That was the relays I used.

I will never install one of these again. Well worth the money those installers get. Mine took forever and it is hard as hell hiding all that crap under the dash.

I said never again after the last one (compustart same truck) but being in Fort McMurray I dont feel like spending $600 for a half a$$ed job in this town or a 5hr drive to Edmonton I decided to try it again

Got it all in everything is working execpt the dome light does not go off when I press lock\arm any ideas??
