i have two amps and they are under each front seat. Its not hard to do and it is a very clean install but make sure you make sure your wires are not in contact with the the sliding mechanism on the seats or it will strip the wires

take a hammer and small punch and remove the pins from the hinge on the smaller fold out "flap" under the rear passenger side seat. Most amps will fit on top of the steel tray thats left after removing the folding flap. That way the tray is still functonal on the other side. Or if you have a large amp or 2 amps use the drivers side.
