Hay I have not got one myself just yet but I have been doing a ton of research myself. You can monitor everything that your engine has a sensor for. For things like EGT and Fuel Pressure that do not have factory sensors, you need to add sensors yourself. Some of the more obscure sensors you have to buy an extended licence for. ($95) I am not sure what they are exactly. You can add two sensors without any additional ad-ons except the sensors themselves. You can add many more buy using extra hardware from several manufacturers.
It can be customized. Liner and non-liner scaling of sensors. It does all kinds of things. GPS. I am very impressed by all the features. It runs Linux too so I hope all kinds of things will be done with it. I am getting one as soon as I get home from overseas. I am going to get it from Spartan Diesel for a tuner as well as the display capabilities of the DashDAQ. Spartan is having a sale right now on the first 200 units (I think) for $1000. I think the street price for a DashDAQ is a lot less than that. You can check the DashDAQ website for prices and distributors. It sells for 549 on the website at the moment.
