soo what do you guys think is good with those spl2k boxs.. is 1 ported 12 or two sealed 12s?

i mainly listen to rap/rock.. all my previous systems have been ported..

Hey TX Fireman, post some pics of that sub setup you have in that truck. It looks really clean from the back, What does it look like from the front? I was thinking of doing something like that.

I see that guy that builds those boxes uses the shallow mounts. How do those sound compared to a regular sub? Is it possible to put 2 12 regular subs behind the seat?

in the 05 can't do two reg 12" subs, need to be shallow from what I heard. my one ported 12" shallow sounds really good, but I may do a dual 12" sealed and compare to see which one I like the most. I really listen to everything so it may benefit to do the sealed based off SPL2K's comments.

Thanks man. I am researching now I knew alot about the old stuff but nothin bout this new stuff. Just don't want to spend the money on somethin I wouldn't be happy with.

i have two full size 12" eclipse subs behind my seat a pretty tight fit but they are nice i had to take the back bench out and put it back in to fit them but it was worth it.

ps yall have some bad@ss amp racks wow
