I am guessing the LCD for the read out is burned out. I bet if you get that fixed, you will be back in working order.

If it is like a Notebook computer they are EZ to install. There is a little ribbon cable that feeds down into a female receptical, and a little pressure fitting keeps it int place. It could also be a solider point too? You may want to ask one of the Ford Tech, someone should know.

Sorry that wasn't much help was it

I found this on Ebay.

eBay Motors: FORD SUPERDUTY F-250 F-350 OVERHEAD CONSOLE COMPUTER (item 250161761004 end time Sep-11-07 18:15:00 PDT)

225 doesn't sound too bad.
