LED tail light bulbs

Ok, today I got in some L.E.D. tail light bulbs for the old girl, and I got in a couple of the chrome/amber regular bulbs for the front.

My question is: Why did installing the LED bulbs in the rear make my turn signals go 500 mph, and is there a resistor or something to fix this?

By the way, the chrome bulbs in the front look sweet. No more amber glow on the chrome backing of the headlight bezel.

I'm trying to get the pictures I took today off of my phone..

You should be able to email from your phone. Just put in your email address instead of a phone number. It will be like a text message. And, there is a resistor to do that, the LEDs dont draw enough energy to let the computer know there is a buld there and is not burnt out. There was a thread a while back, I will try and find it for ya.

It's been a long time since I played with Ohm's Law, but you should be able to add some resistors to slow it down.

OK, I finally got to play with MY truck in the shop today. I messed around with some LED bulbs, installed some new chrome bulbs in the front (ME LIKE), I finally installed my KC lites light bar and 130W Pro-Comp lights (yes 4), and I installed my new N-Fab nerf Bars (very sweet).

Factory light bulbs ( yuk! )

Chrome bulbs ( SEXY )

KCLite's light bar and Pro-Comp 130w driving lights. ( Over Kill! )

New N-Fab nerf bars ( love'm )

Truck is very dirty. I didn't get to wash it or install the Readylift leveling kit.

Ooooooo...Pretty. I really like all that you did. Looks like me and you like the same look for these trucks. Shoot me a price on that bar and light pat.
