If its just a vaccuum leak its a matter of finding it could be under the dash or in the engine compartment the heater vents and auto locking hubs operate on vaccuum

I couldn't say but its probably about a 100 bucks an hour for labor. I would look around under the dash and what not for a broken or unplugged vaccuum line first it may be something obvious

I have the exact same symptom. Worked fine this morning and now it only blows out the defrost vents.

I'll start looking for vacuum lines under the dash jcs... but do you know where the vacuum pump is located?

Thanks!
