Need help with Ford Navigation unit. Please?

I just got my factory Ford Navigation unit. It is out of a 2006 Ford Explorer, and it has the same hookups as my radio. I am missing a few key items and I was wondering if anybody can point me in the right direction as where I might find them (cheap, so please don't suggest the dealer).

GPS ANTENNA Ford uses a special connection to the back of their radio, I was to 10 stereo shops and nobody had anything that looked close to the factory hook up. There is a adapter made, but nobody knows where to get it.

GPS DVD This is out of a 2006, so do I have to use the 2006 DVD, can't I just use the 2007 DVD? Anybody want to burn me one? I own a chrome plating, polishing, machine shop. One hand washes the other. (no rims/wheels, way too much work)

IPOD HOOKUP I tried to locate this thing, but they are over a hundred bucks. Anybody got one they can part with cheap?

Please let me know.

did you ever end up finding an antenna and a DVD? i guess this plays CDs in one slot and the nav DVD in a 2nd slot? With all the owners on here with Fords, someone local to everyone has to have them?
