Overdrive vibration from 45 to 55 or so

My 04 F350 is giving a vibration when in overdrive from 45 to 55 or there abouts. I had this problem once before in a safari van. Had to replace the overdrive unit on the end of the transmission. I suppose I will read up on the transmission in this truck, but thought I'd just ask if anyone else has had and fixed this in their truck.

mine just started doing this today but not when in overdrive. when it starts to vibrate i put mine into over drive and it goes away.

Wondering what you found out. I have a 04 250 that does this when not completely warmed up. It will shake at about 50 and if I let up then accelerate it down shifts and stops shaking. I was wondering if it has to do with torque converter. I am going to change fluid and see if that changes anything.
