Overdrive vibration from 45 to 55 or so

My 04 F350 is giving a vibration when in overdrive from 45 to 55 or there abouts. I had this problem once before in a safari van. Had to replace the overdrive unit on the end of the transmission. I suppose I will read up on the transmission in this truck, but thought I'd just ask if anyone else has had and fixed this in their truck.

Wondering what you found out. I have a 04 250 that does this when not completely warmed up. It will shake at about 50 and if I let up then accelerate it down shifts and stops shaking. I was wondering if it has to do with torque converter. I am going to change fluid and see if that changes anything.
