Wierd shift on low

I changed the tranny last week, put a used on and it runs fine. Runs fine until I get on the t case low range. It shift from 1 to 3 then shift hard and not run fine. I run gearhead tuning and never had an issue like this before. Maybe a reflash will correct that ? Aslo I hear a buzz comming from the right of the dash ( inside the cab ), this noise wasnt there before, dont know if it have a link between this
