Tranny causing motor to go into Limp Mode

Hi there, I am new to this forum and new to Ford.

About a week ago my check gage light came on and tow haul started blinking, with the help of this forum I found out that the TFT sensor was defective. I followed intrustions and changed it yesterday. Took it out for a test drive and about 5 kms in, limp mode kicked in. Now as soon as I put transmission into drive limp mode kicks in. I brought truck to a shop with a code reader and there were no codes recorded.

Now I am thinking I might of done something wrong when changing sensor but cant see what and if engine goes into limp mode shouldnt some codes come up?

I appreciate any help, thank you.
