wierd problem

I'm having a problem with what feels like a 3-5 flair(neutral rev slam in gear) but here is the weird part. It only does it on my way home from work right after I get off the highway and accelerate from a stop. It does not do it on the way to work or any other time. Only difference is going to work @ 5pm I'm in traffic no cruise 50-70, coming home @ 5am no traffic cruise set at 65-70 all the way. Idiot gauges are fine, I have changed both filters and drain and refilled, replaced the direct solenoid(OEM), and relearn process. But still have the same problem, any ideas?

Truck info:

2004 Excursion 4x4 LTD
6.0 Powerstroke
K&N Intake
Magnaflow 4" turbo Back Exhaust
No Lift
22" Wheels
