Tranny down! Help!

So i was in my way home and suddenly the tranny shifted real hard, then it quickly got worse and worse to every shift was horrible and now it wont shift i had to idle home about 15 miles, my SCT tuner is pulling codes p0706,p0707,p0730,p0701,p0702,p0703 i believe all tranny codes so any info could help? Do i need a new tranny or is it not too bad? Thanks

My truck is an 04 with 03 6.0 egr delete, studs,gaskets oil cooler SCT custom tunes intake and custom exaust

Check your tranny oil, does it look burnt? Maybe low fluid level or leak. Check fuses, all the codes are related to transmission most of them are electrical. I'm really just throwing ideas out there, I'm no subject matter expert on the torque shifter.

You can drain the transmission and remove the pan to see if you see something. If not, I would drain and fill transfluid and change filter. Then see what she does.

I dont think its tranny related, i havnt had time to lookin into it and i took it around the block once and when drive with little gas it has a loud clicking noise coming from bhind the dash and it wont shift good and when i come to a stop it will rev up, when i give it a little gas when driving around its not as bad, does any1 have an idea?
